It All Started with One English Bulldog

"It is now more than two decades since we brought together that very first puppy with its family."

It began simply: a passion for dogs and a belief that every family deserved to find their perfect purebred puppy safely, transparently and from a trusted source.

What started as a two-person operation — without even a website — quickly became something much bigger. With the launch of our online platform in 2002, dog lovers worldwide could finally find a perfect puppy from Europe through a secure, professional service.

To meet growing global demand, we built a Breeder Relations team with the important task of visiting breeders in person. Canine Knowledge Experts joined to offer specialist advice, and a dedicated Customer Support team was created to guide owners from the day of reservation, long after their puppy arrives home.
