The Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. What Is Covered

The guarantee covers your dog against:

Fatal Viruses — 5 days / 120 hours from arrival
Distemper, Parvo, and Corona virus.

Death by Genetic or Congenital Reason
Full lifetime coverage for death caused by genetic or congenital conditions.

Life-Altering Genetic Diseases
Generalized demodectic mange, kidney and heart failure, spine and liver problems.
🦴
Severe Hip & Elbow Dysplasia
Severe cases requiring surgery that hamper movement — covered until 4 years of age.
3. What Is Not Covered

Bacterial Diseases
Coccidia, giardia, kennel cough, cold, pneumonia and other bacterial diseases.
⚕️
Non Life-Threatening Conditions
Localized mange, grade 1-2 heart murmur, grade 1-2 luxating patellas, cherry eye, bladder stones, inverted eyelids.
🐾
Bulldog & Mastiff Breed Normals
Cherry eye, entropion, loose hips, demodectic mange, and skin allergies considered normal for Bulldogs and Neapolitan Mastiffs.

Temperament Issues
Not responsible for temperament issues caused by lack of training, discipline or proper socialization.

Veterinarian Fees
Paw Puppies cannot be held responsible for vet fees or costs. We strongly recommend pet insurance.
🚫
Neglect or Improper Care
The guarantee will not cover neglect or improper care by the owner. Vaccines, de-worming and regular check-ups are your responsibility.
📩 2. Making a Guarantee Claim
⚠️ Any health issue must be reported within 24 hours of the first veterinary visit. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the guarantee.

Report immediately

Contact Paw Puppies as soon as you notice any health issue so we can assist and advise.

Send the official veterinarian report

The report must be on official clinic headed paper, signed by the vet, and include: date of birth, registered name/number, microchip number, symptoms, exact problem, severity and tests performed (x-ray, ultrasound, blood test, etc.). A second independent vet report may be required.

In the event of death

A necropsy report is required to determine the cause of death.

For hip or elbow dysplasia

The radiograph must be permanently identified with microchip number, registered name/number, date of birth, name of the veterinarian and date of the radiograph.

Replacement puppy

You may choose another puppy of equivalent value from our website within six months of the tragic event.

Claim approval

The claim will not be approved if the illness cannot be traced back to genetic or congenital reasons. Paw Puppies's licensed veterinarian must review and approve the validity of all claims.
