📋 General Conditions
The Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1
The guarantee is not meant to warrant that your puppy will not have a health problem in its entire life. A dog's health depends on many factors such as feeding, care, exercise and genetics. In spite of our experience and strict protocols, no one can guarantee that your dog will not have a health issue at some stage of its life.
2
Puppies are usually shipped by the age of 4 months. The Guarantee takes effect upon your puppy reaching 4 months of age, irrespective of whether the puppy has been delivered or is still boarded by us.
3
Paw Puppies is responsible for providing a standard pedigree for its registered dogs, or if requested and paid for, an export pedigree. This process normally takes 2 to 6 months.
4
A licensed veterinarian must examine the puppy within two (2) normal business days of arrival. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
5
Paw Puppies must be informed immediately of the examination's result. Once your puppy receives a clean bill of health, please email your contact person. If there is a health issue, send the report immediately.
6
As a responsible owner, you agree to feed the puppy with premium dog food and not allow the puppy to become obese. Keep the new puppy separate from other dogs until the vet has given a clean bill of health.
7
The owner is required to keep Paw Puppies up-dated with information regarding the dog's wellbeing at least annually — weight, living conditions, feeding, vet visits and exercise.

📩 2. Making a Guarantee Claim
⚠️ Any health issue must be reported within 24 hours of the first veterinary visit. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the guarantee.
1
Report immediately
Contact Paw Puppies as soon as you notice any health issue so we can assist and advise.
2
Send the official veterinarian report
The report must be on official clinic headed paper, signed by the vet, and include: date of birth, registered name/number, microchip number, symptoms, exact problem, severity and tests performed (x-ray, ultrasound, blood test, etc.). A second independent vet report may be required.
3
In the event of death
A necropsy report is required to determine the cause of death.
4
For hip or elbow dysplasia
The radiograph must be permanently identified with microchip number, registered name/number, date of birth, name of the veterinarian and date of the radiograph.
5
Replacement puppy
You may choose another puppy of equivalent value from our website within six months of the tragic event.
